Refund & Returns

At Cheat Fuel (cheatfuel.lk), we strive to deliver the highest quality fitness snacks to our community. Because our protein bars are consumable food items, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and refunds to ensure food safety and quality control.

1. Food Safety & Returns Policy

Due to health and safety regulations, **we cannot accept returns on any food products (protein bars)** once they have left our warehouse facility, even if the packaging is unopened. We do not offer change-of-mind returns or exchanges for different flavors after delivery.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your package arrives damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, we are committed to making it right! Please check your items upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

• The outer box or packaging seal is torn, punctured, or crushed.
• The flavors or product quantities inside the package do not match your order details.
• There is a manufacturing defect with the product.

To request a refund or replacement for damaged items, please email us at **support@cheatfuel.com** or message us via our WhatsApp contact line within **48 hours** of receiving your package. Please include your order ID and a photo of the damaged items and packaging.

3. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please notify us immediately through our contact lines or WhatsApp support. Orders can only be cancelled **before they are dispatched** from our warehouse (usually within 2 hours of placing the order). Once an order has been handed over to our courier partner, it cannot be cancelled or recalled.

4. Refunds Process

Once we inspect your request and verify the product damage or shipping error, we will approve the refund. Refunds will be issued as follows:

• **Online Payments (PayHere/Cards)**: The refund amount will be credited back directly to the original bank account or credit card used during checkout. This process usually takes 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank's processing times.
• **Cash on Delivery (COD)**: Refunds for COD orders will be processed via direct bank transfer to a bank account provided by you.

5. Delivery Failures

If our courier partner is unable to deliver your package due to an incorrect address or if you are unreachable after multiple attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, any delivery charges incurred are non-refundable, and reshipping will require an additional delivery fee.
